refund policy
online order returns
If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your online order, you may request a free return for your item(s) within 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in unworn state, with tags and in its original packaging, incl. dustbags. please also include the packing slip.
Log into your account to start the return process. no password is needed — just fill in your email address and you will receive an email with a log-in code.
in-store purchases and returns
Items purchased at our physical store locations must be returned in-store only, within 14 days of the original purchase date. In-store purchases cannot be processed or returned through our online returns portal. All returned items must meet our standard conditions: unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Approved in-store returns in Amsterdam will be refunded strictly to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Approved in-store returns in New York will be refunded in store credit.
damages and issues
Please inspect all purchased items upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or in case of defective or damaged.
exceptions / non-returnable items
Purchases may be non-returnable when they are custom products such as special orders and personalised items. Also, return requests on physical store items, sale items or gift cards will not be accepted.
excessive returns
If a customer exceeds ten (10) returns within a 12-month period, extreme cashmere reserves the right to:

Withdraw the offer of free return shipping. For all subsequent orders, the customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (as per Article 6:230s of the Dutch Civil Code).

Review the customer’s account and, at our discretion, refuse future orders or deactivate the account if we determine the ordering pattern is no longer compatible with our business model.

exchanges
If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item from our webshop, please first request a return of the item you want to exchange. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the item you want to purchase.
refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected a return, we will send a notification if the return has been accepted or not. If approved, refunds will be automatically returned to the account of the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
