to support our next phase of international growth, we are looking for a head of marketing who combines strategic clarity with strong commercial instinct and an entrepreneurial, hands-on spirit.
your role
as head of marketing, you shape and lead the global marketing strategy for extreme cashmere. your work strengthens and evolves the brand across all channels — our own stores, wholesale partners, online platforms, and emerging markets.
you translate strategy into integrated campaigns, seasonal storytelling, event initiatives, and channel-specific activations that reinforce the brand’s dna. you ensure that every touchpoint expresses our identity with coherence, simplicity, and impact.
you manage the global marketing budget, monitor performance across channels, and identify opportunities for growth or refinement. you coordinate closely with our international pr agency, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong global brand presence.
reporting directly to the founder and ceo, you play a pivotal role in shaping how extreme cashmere presents itself to the world.
key responsibilities
- define and lead the global marketing strategy, ensuring coherence across all markets and channels.
- shape seasonal storytelling and campaign narratives in partnership with branding, e-commerce, and retail.
- oversee retail marketing, e-commerce storytelling, social media, crm, and wholesale activations, ensuring a unified brand expression across all touchpoints.
- strengthen global brand presence through pr coordination, events, and partnerships.
- ensure alignment between creative marketing, commercial objectives, and operational reality.
- manage the global marketing budget and annual planning cycle, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and strategically.
- build, mentor, and guide a small marketing team and manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
who you are
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing roles within fashion, luxury, premium lifestyle, or other design-driven brands, including current leadership of a small, high-performing marketing team.
- a strategic thinker who builds alignment across creative, commercial, and operational teams.
- a practical, hands-on attitude combined with strong intuitive judgement — able to act decisively when opportunities arise, guiding ideas from concept to polished execution with clarity, focus, and style.
- flexible and resilient in a fast-moving environment where craftsmanship, creativity, and agility meet.
- strong creative instinct paired with analytical understanding of performance, growth, and channel dynamics.
- deep cultural awareness and curiosity, attuned to fashion, art, design, and emerging global trends.
- experienced in the rhythm of a founder-led, scaling business — able to balance flexibility and structure while contributing to long-term foundations.
- excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Over the past seven years, we've expanded into a global brand, supplying over 300 premium and luxury retailers worldwide. about the role
As a luxury retail client advisor at extreme cashmere, you will play a key role in our New York City flagship store team. You will focus on introducing the brand to new clients and together we’ll work towards building a strong community that converts in sales to meet our set annual goals. Your expertise will help us drive sales and consistently provide the highest level of service to our customers. The role requires both excellent sales skills as well as a hands-on team player mentality.
