wholesale account manager – (DACH & Benelux)
about the job
we are looking for an experienced wholesale account manager to support and expand our wholesale business across the DACH and Benelux regions. representing a luxury fashion house, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers, driving sustainable growth, and safeguarding the brand’s positioning, exclusivity, and image across all distribution channels.
the responsibilities
- manage and elevate relationships with key luxury accounts (department stores, high-end boutiques, premium e-commerce partners)
- drive sell-in and sell-through performance in line with brand objectives
- lead seasonal business reviews with a focus on qualitative and quantitative growth
- ensure strict alignment with brand distribution strategy and partner adjacencies
- travel in the region to visit partners and host brand’s training
- support regional events, trunk shows, and key industry moment
- present seasonal collections during pfw
- curate assortments in collaboration with buyers to reflect local market nuances while maintaining global brand consistency
- monitor competitor activity, pricing architecture, and evolving consumer trends
- provide structured market feedback
key requirements
- significant experience in luxury fashion wholesale or key account management
- established network within luxury retail across DACH and/or Benelux
- strong understanding of wholesale distribution, pricing strategy, and brand elevation
- proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving profitable growth
- exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with a high level of cultural awareness
- willingness

about the role
we’re looking for a freelance social media manager to support with content strategy, social posting across instagram and tiktok, caption writing, scheduling, community engagement, and monthly reporting across our social channels. candidate must understand the extreme cashmere tone of voice and visual aesthetic.
key responsibilities include:
- daily posting, caption writing, scheduling, and publishing with a focus on instagram and tiktok.
- ensure visual consistency across all social touchpoints.
- community engagement, comments, and direct messages in a thoughtful and brand-aligned tone.
- support campaign launches and brand collaborations through social amplification and content planning.
- liaise with pr and marketing teams to align messaging globally.
- track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and insights.
- monitor audience growth, engagement trends, and content performance.
- translate analytics into actionable creative recommendations.
- all decisions should be through a lens of content amplification, reach, and social engagement.
who are you:
- you are extremely online and have a deep understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and online conversations.
- you are fluent in instagram and tiktok — not only how they function technically, but how culture moves across them. you know how to build reach without compromising brand integrity.
- you have 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, luxury, or design-led brand. you understand visual consistency, pacing, and how to maintain a cohesive grid and narrative.
- you are organized and self-directed. ss a freelancer, you manage timelines independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of results. you are clear with content planning approvals and getting feedback when needed.
- you are either based in amsterdam or new york city, and comfortable collaborating across time zones with our global partners.

our flagship store opened november 2025 and forms the base of our North-American organisation. at the mercer store you’ll find more than just retail; the space functions as a platform for pr and marketing events, ecommerce distribution and sales showroom. our mercer flagship forms a dynamic environment which offers growth opportunities across departments.
about the role
as client advisor at the extreme cashmere flagship store your role goes beyond sales; you embody the brand and focus on building genuine, long-lasting client relationships while providing a true personal shopping experience that reflects our brand values. as such, you are responsible to maximize sales performance by fostering client relationships and developing their brand loyalty.
we are seeking highly motivated sales talent with a hands-on, team player mentality. experience in the luxury retail sector is a must and an active (local) client portfolio is preferred.
- achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- demonstrate strong commercial mindset and clienteling skills
- perform as a team player - ability to teach and inspire more junior team members

$25.00 - 28.00/hr + commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
