we make things carefully and with intention. we’re looking for people who work the same way.
senior project manager
full-time · amsterdam
extreme cashmere builds an ongoing collection, a knitted wardrobe that grows edition by edition without being tied to seasons or trends. these editions are for everyone; our clothes are made for bodies. we create long-lasting garments that surprise with shape, color and detail. luxury, for us, is the feeling of something done exactly right, essential and transformative in ways that are hard to explain and easy to feel.
we are looking for a head of pr & marketing to shape how the
world sees, feels and experiences extreme cashmere.
the role
this is a cross-functional position at the heart of the business. you’ll take the projects that matter most — many of them marketing-led, all of them involving multiple teams — and bring them smoothly from beginning to end. you’ll work across brand, sales, e-commerce, operations and finance, connecting people, structuring complexity and keeping momentum, especially when there is no single natural owner. you’ll lead through clarity, credibility, accountability and trust.
what you’ll do
cross-functional project management
manage the projects that cut across different parts of the business. build clear structures: scope, owners, milestones, decision points. keep them moving and keep ahead of risks rather than reacting to them. a strong understanding of marketing and brand projects is essential — campaigns, collaborations, launches and events are the core of what we do. you’ll translate creative ideas into executable plans, all while protecting the brand identity and the timeline.
stakeholder management
align team leads, external partners and the founder around shared priorities. facilitate conversations if interests or expectations diverge, make trade-offs clear and help the team make commitments they can stick to.
who you are
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in fashion, sports or lifestyle
- a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and no formal authority
- a good understanding of marketing and brand projects: campaigns, launches, collaborations, events
- exceptional soft skills: empathy, diplomacy, discretion and the ability to win trust
- structured without being bureaucratic
- a confident communicator in english, equally comfortable with leadership, teams, agencies and partners
- comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace
- fluent with project management tools and data-literate enough to create clear status reports and challenge timelines
what we offer
- a real impact on how the brand is shaped
- ownership of the most important cross-functional projects at a growing international brand
- a beautiful product with a strong brand identity and loyal customer base
- a collaborative, international team in amsterdam, with the personal touch of a founder-led company
