the studio cut, our second mini edition, is a modern uniform for a generation of city people. silhouettes draw on the language of classic pilates and ‘80s aerobics — iconic high-cuts and slips of skin — all reinterpreted in cashmere. snug cardigans and v-neck cashmere are slung over athletic bottoms, with legwarmers bunched below. a button-down muscle tank tucks into long-line shorts. the pieces are designed to be worn together — and worn in transition.

tree pose

root one foot firmly into the floor and place the other against the inner calf or thigh. find a still point to look at and let the breath slow everything down.



kneeling side bend

to create space between the ribs and hips, extend one arm overhead and arc the body slowly to the side, keeping the core gently engaged.



lateral leg lifts

small lifts done slowly create surprising strength. lie on your side, bottom arm extended and head resting on it. lift the top leg slowly and lower with control.



single leg pulses

standing on one leg, extend the other behind you and pulse it upward in small, deliberate movements. keep the hips level and the standing leg soft.



hip opener

sit on the floor with one leg extended and one bent, letting the hips open naturally. press gently into the floor and breathe into the stretch.
