about the role
we’re looking for a freelance social media manager to support with content strategy, social posting across instagram and tiktok, caption writing, scheduling, community engagement, and monthly reporting across our social channels. candidate must understand the extreme cashmere tone of voice and visual aesthetic. 

key responsibilities include:

  • daily posting, caption writing, scheduling, and publishing with a focus on instagram and tiktok.
  • ensure visual consistency across all social touchpoints.
  • community engagement, comments, and direct messages in a thoughtful and brand-aligned tone.
  • support campaign launches and brand collaborations through social amplification and content planning. 
  • liaise with pr and marketing teams to align messaging globally.
  • track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and insights.
  • monitor audience growth, engagement trends, and content performance.
  • translate analytics into actionable creative recommendations.
  • all decisions should be through a lens of content amplification, reach, and social engagement.

who are you:

  • you are extremely online and have a deep understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and online conversations. 
  • you are fluent in instagram and tiktok — not only how they function technically, but how culture moves across them. you know how to build reach without compromising brand integrity.
  • you have 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, luxury, or design-led brand. you understand visual consistency, pacing, and how to maintain a cohesive grid and narrative.
  • you are organized and self-directed. ss a freelancer, you manage timelines independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of results. you are clear with content planning approvals and getting feedback when needed.
  • you are based in amsterdam (or able to work closely with the amsterdam team), and comfortable collaborating across time zones with our global partners.

Over the past seven years, we've expanded into a global brand, supplying over 300 premium and luxury retailers worldwide. To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp and driven Business Controller (Medior) to strengthen our finance team.

As Business Controller, you help keep the business financially sharp. You make sure the numbers are right, explain what’s driving them, and turn them into insights that support day-to-day decisions in a fast-growing, international, founder-led company.

You work closely with the Head of Finance, management, and the operational teams. Together, you bring structure to our financial processes, improve reporting, and keep growth healthy and under control. This is a hands-on role: you’re close to the day-to-day of the business, you look beyond the numbers, and you help build a solid financial foundation for what’s next.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and help run the monthly closing process, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data and turn it into clear, actionable insights for management and teams.
• Monitor margins, costs, inventory, and cash flow, and flag risks and opportunities early.
• Create and improve scalable financial and operational processes that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
•Maintain budget control and forecasting, tracking performance versus plan and explaining deviations.
• Act as a financial sparring partner for operations, sales, and management in day-to-day decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, projects, and business cases for new initiatives and improvements.
• Work with external accountants and advisors on year-end closing, audits, and compliance.
• Help implement and optimize financial systems and tooling as the business continues to scale.

Profile
· Medior-level finance professional with approximately 3–5 years of experience in accounting, control or related fields.
· Background in a scale-up or fast-growing international environment — or a clear interest in working in one — preferably within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
· Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.
· Comfortable working in a founder-led business with a high pace and evolving structures.
· Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
· Experience with ERP systems and financial tools; Exact Online is a plus.
· Clear communicator who can explain numbers in a practical and accessible way.
· Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
· Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow with the business.
