the brand & marketing team are the visual and tonal guardians of extreme cashmere. we produce campaigns that stay true to our vision of new luxury—embracing slow, conscientious fashion cycles with products designed to last generations. we translate this brand DNA into campaigns, content, collaborations, and projects that resonate across age, gender, and location.
Position Overview:
As a PR & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our brand and marcom initiatives. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from overseeing sample management to handling administrative support, managing social media content, and engaging in PR activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on inspiring projects across content, PR, and marketing. You’ll gain invaluable experience collaborating across departments and learning from seasoned colleagues, contributing to our global brand's success and your development within the marketing/fashion field.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Sample Management
- Oversee sample loaning and returns for the pr/marketing department.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage seasonal samples efficiently.
- Assist with communication and coordination for external PR partners, stylists, and publications.
- Manage PR-related shipments and handle related administrative tasks.
Coordinate press releases with external copywriter.
- Image and credit requests handling.
- Organise and maintain records of press clippings provided by PR agencies and freelancers.
Attend to ad-hoc tasks based on the team’s needs and project requirements for PR.
Marketing Projects & Activations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing projects and brand activations.
- Maintain accurate and organised records to ensure department efficiency.
- Coordinate fashion week preparations.
- Event assistance, if needed.
Social Media Content
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas.
- Schedule, plan, and publish content across various platforms.
- Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts, in collaboration with external copywriter and marketing lead, if needed.
- Manage and organise visual assets, ensuring high-quality content delivery for social media.
- Oversee community moderation and engage with the audience, monitoring user-generated content (UGC).
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights, assisting marketing lead.
The role will primarily be located in our Amsterdam office with some travel. We work most days in the office, and encourage close collaboration, though we often work while traveling and have a relaxed office culture.
Qualifications:
- A keen interest in the PR and marketing aspects of a creative/luxury fashion brand.
- 1-2 years minimum experience with PR, or enough to be comfortable speaking with senior PR leaders.
- Native understanding of social media and how it overlaps with PR.
- Good email and calling etiquette.
- Fluent level English, confident communicator, French or Chinese is a plus but not necessary.
- Interested in fashion, as you’ll need to be very close to our collections/editions.
- Comfortable taking calls with external partners alongside marketing and brand leads.
- Good note-taking, record-keeping, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work well with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools is a plus.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude, willing to take on administrative tasks and contribute wherever needed.

the finance team is the backbone of extreme cashmere, ensuring our financial health aligns with our creative vision. we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Controller to join our Amsterdam office for three days a week. this role is pivotal in managing our accounts receivable, maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring timely payments to support our ongoing growth.
key responsibilities:
- monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address client inquiries.
- prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, highlighting potential risks and recommending actions.
- maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, balancing firmness with exceptional customer service.
- utilize our accounting system exact online to manage and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
qualifications:
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within fashion or luxury goods industry.
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- highly organised and a keen eye for detail
- proficiency in exact online is desirable.
- fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
