Over the past seven years, we've expanded into a global brand, supplying over 300 premium and luxury retailers worldwide. As we continue our fast-paced international growth, including opening our very own retail locations, we're looking for new colleagues to join our friendly and collaborative team. about the role
As a luxury retail client advisor at extreme cashmere, you will play a key role in our New York City flagship store team. You will focus on introducing the brand to new clients and together we’ll work towards building a strong community that converts in sales to meet our set annual goals. Your expertise will help us drive sales and consistently provide the highest level of service to our customers. The role requires both excellent sales skills as well as a hands-on team player mentality.
profile and requirements

about the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time luxury sales associate to strengthen our team at extreme cashmere. As a sales associate, you will play a key role in our Amsterdam flagship store, bringing a natural sense of style and excellent communication skills. Your role goes beyond sales; it’s about building genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and providing a truly personal shopping experience that reflects our brand values.
You will focus on introducing the brand to new clients and, together, we’ll work towards building a strong community that translates into sales to achieve our annual goals. Your expertise will help drive sales while consistently delivering the highest level of service to our customers. The role requires both exceptional sales skills and a hands-on, team-player mentality.
qualifications & experience
- proven experience (min. 3 years) in a luxury fashion retail environment
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- genuine passion for fashion, style, and customer service
- solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management and visual merchandising
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player
- confident, polished, and professional presentation
- fluent in Dutch and English
- available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
