If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may request a free return for your item(s) within 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in unworn state, with tags and in its original packaging, incl. dustbags.

Damages and issues
Please inspect all purchased items upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or in case of defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Purchases may be non-returnable when they are custom products such as special orders and personalised items. Also, return requests on sale items or gift cards will not be accepted. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or concerns regarding return exceptions.
If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item from our webshop, please first request a return of the item you want to exchange. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the item you want to purchase.
Once we’ve received and inspected a return, we will send a notification if the return has been accepted or not. If approved, refunds will be automatically returned to the account of the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take up to five working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
