return policy

customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. to avoid loss or delay, an item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (see below). please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. any non-faulty garments that are not in resale condition (i.e., used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. extreme cashmere will give a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).

a link to our return portal can be found on the delivery email confirmation, input an email address and order number and select the items to be returned.

for personal assistance with returns, please utilise the chat on the website or send an email to customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as extreme cashmere is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.

please note: defective items are exchanged subject to availability, or refunded otherwise. customers that wish to make a complaint are asked to the contact customer service department via garments purchased at the extreme cashmere showroom in amsterdam that will be exchanged or returned will not get refunded. instead, a voucher is provided. payment all prices are in euros including dutch vat (21%) and excluding shipping costs. extreme cashmere accept payments via ideal (in the netherlands), paypal, visa, mastercard and bank transfer. after placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. payments are processed by mollie.
