return policy

customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. an item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. any non-faulty garments that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. extreme cashmere will give a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).

return procedure

on the delivery email confirmation you will find a link to our return portal, input your email and order number and select the items you want to return.

if you like personal assistance with your return please ask in the chat on the website or send an email to hello@extreme-cashmere.com, to inform extreme cashmere of their request to send a return. all returning garment must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels. customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as extreme cashmere is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. refunds will be effected within 30 days after delivery. return address:

the netherlands please note: defective items are exchanged subject to availability, or refunded otherwise. customers that wish to make a complaint are asked to the contact customer service department via hello@extreme-cashmere.com. garments purchased at the extreme cashmere showroom in amsterdam that will be exchanged or returned will not get refunded. instead, a voucher is provided. payment all prices are in euros including dutch vat (21%) and excluding shipping costs. extreme cashmere accept payments via ideal (in the netherlands), paypal, visa, mastercard and bank transfer. after placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. payments are processed by mollie.
