refund policy

extreme cashemere has a 30-day return policy. to be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition upon purchase – unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

to start a return, contact us at webshop@extreme-cashmere.com. if a return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

damages and issues 

please inspect all orders upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if the order is incorrect.

 

exceptions / non-returnable items 

certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. please contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items. 

unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

exchanges 

to exchange, please return the item and once the return is accepted on our end, make a separate purchase of the new garment.

 

refunds 
once we’ve received and inspected a return, we will send a notification if the return has been accepted or not. if approved, refunds will be automatically returned to the account of the original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
